The Process

In order to begin working with Be The Standard, please fill out one of the forms linked below. Once you have finished filling out your application, you will be contacted as soon as possible to set up a time for your session or (if you are filling out the form for the Youth Mentoring Program) your interview. 

Please do not go forward with purchasing any packages until you have filled out a form and been consulted with.
